Return Policy
Returns are NOT accepted, unless items are damaged during shipping, in which you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange for damaged items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item. If you think there is an error in your shipment or a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened or unused, with labels, in its original packaging that it was shipped in. Additionally, your item must have an issue such as: an opened seal, a broken seal, a broken cap, hardened seasoning, wrong order received, wrong item received, or a missing item(s) from your order.
Missing deliveries
Missing deliveries are eligible for REPLACEMENT ONLY. Missing deliveries include those with a USPS Tracking Number showing a "Not Delivered" or "Returned to Sender" status, or those with no updates to the shipping progress after three days. Additionally, please contact us if your item is marked "Delivered" and is missing or stolen.
