Craving something bold and unforgettable? These Peach Whiskey Pork Chops are packed with Southern soul and gourmet flavor. Smokey, sweet, and seared to perfection—this ain’t your average pork chop, Jack!

Ingredients:
Bone-in Pork chops (2 large or 4 thin cut)
¼ cup Smoky Peach Whiskey Sauce
2 tablespoons hot honey
¼ cup blood orange juice
1 blood orange
1 stick butter
Rosemary
Cherry tomatoes
1 squash
1 zucchini
¼ cup Kinder’s Butcher’s All-Purpose Seasoning, separated
2 tablespoons Kinder’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning
Rice (I chose a blend of aromatic purple, red, and brown rice)
Instructions:
For the Pork Chops:
Season the meat:
Rub pork chops with ¼ cup of Kinder’s Butcher’s All-Purpose Seasoning.
Grill the chops:
Place seasoned pork chops on a hot grill or grill pan. Cook each side for 4–5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Make the sauce:
In a large saucepan, add 1 stick of butter, fresh rosemary, 2 tablespoons hot honey, ¼ cup Smoky Peach Whiskey Sauce, and 1 tablespoon of Kinder’s Butcher’s All-Purpose Seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
Simmer the chops:
Add the seared pork chops to the saucepan with the sauce.
Add flavor:
Pour in ¼ cup blood orange juice and stir well. Add slices of blood orange and cherry tomatoes.
Let it cook down:
Baste the pork chops with the sauce and let everything simmer together for 6 to 8 minutes.
For the Squash and Zucchini:
Heat oil:
In a medium saucepan, heat avocado oil (or olive oil if that’s what you have).
Cook the veggies:
Add sliced squash and zucchini to the pan. Season with 2 tablespoons of Kinder’s Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Cook until tender.
To Serve:
Cook the rice:
Prepare your choice of rice according to package directions. (The recipe uses Ralston’s Family Farms Nature’s Blend—purple, red, and brown rice.)
Assemble the plate:
Serve the peach whiskey pork chops with the sautéed veggies and aromatic rice. Adjust seasoning to taste and enjoy!
