Loaded with cheesy, savory goodness—these Kitchen Sink Pizza Sliders bring that Southern-style supreme flavor in every bite.

What you'll need:

  • 1-pound lean ground beef

  • 1-pound ground Italian sausage

  • 5 slices of bacon

  • 3 ounces Canadian bacon or ham

  • 6 garlic cloves, divided

  • ½ green bell pepper, diced

  • ¼ onion, diced

  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons Kinder’s Italian Chophouse rub, divided

  • 2 tablespoons Kinder’s Butcher’s All-Purpose seasoning, divided

  • Texas Pete Dust Dry Seasoning (optional)

  • Kerry Gold Garlic & Herb butter

  • 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

  • 1 24-ounce jar of marinara sauce

  • 1 8-ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 8-ounce package shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 420°F.

  2. Dice your veggies (bell peppers and onions) and set them aside—it’s best to get this step out of the way early.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a bit of butter.

  4. Add the diced veggies to the skillet along with a sprinkle of Kinder’s Italian Chophouse Rub and Kinder’s Butcher’s All-Purpose seasoning. Cook until the veggies are nice and soft.

  5. Add Italian sausage and ground beef to the skillet. Mix well with the cooked veggies. If you like a little heat, go ahead and sprinkle in some Texas Pete Dry Dust. Cook until the meat is fully browned.

  6. Slice the Hawaiian Sweet Rolls horizontally, but leave a thicker base at the bottom to help prevent sogginess. Place the bottom half in a casserole dish.

  7. Layer the sliders (feel free to switch up the order, but here’s how I build mine):

    • Spread marinara sauce over the bottom rolls.

    • Sprinkle on some shredded cheese.

    • Add the meat and veggie mixture.

    • Layer on mushrooms.

    • Add Canadian bacon.

    • Spoon on a second layer of marinara sauce.

    • Place strips of cooked bacon over the top.

    • Sprinkle another layer of cheese.

    • Add pepperoni slices.

    • Finish with a final layer of cheese.

  8. Place the top half of the rolls on top of the filling.

  9. Brush the tops with melted garlic & herb butter and finish with a light sprinkle of cheese.

  10. Cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes, or until everything is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  11. Slice, serve, and enjoy! These sliders are packed with flavor and guaranteed to be a hit.

Note: Feel free to adjust the seasonings and ingredients based on your personal taste—make it your own!
