Kitchen Sink Pizza Sliders

These aren’t your typical slider sandwiches. In these sliders we’ve got everything but the kitchen “sank”…not sink, but sank lol! My take on a supreme pizza in slider form. Don’t get no better than that Jack! Yessuh!!!

What you'll need:

  • 1-pound lean ground beef

  • 1-pound ground Italian sausage

  • 5 slices of bacon

  • 3 ounces Canadian bacon or ham

  • 6 garlic cloves, divided

  • ½ green bell pepper, diced

  • ¼ onion, diced

  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons Kinder’s Italian Chophouse rub, divided

  • 2 tablespoons Kinder’s Butcher’s All-Purpose seasoning, divided

  • Texas Pete Dust Dry Seasoning (optional)

  • Kerry Gold Garlic & Herb butter

  • 1 package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

  • 1 24-ounce jar of marinara sauce

  • 1 8-ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 8-ounce package shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 420°F. Next, I personally like to dice up my vegetables first so that that’s out the way, so if you haven’t diced up your vegetables yet, I would start with that. Next, heat your skillet and add butter. Add diced bell peppers, onions, Kinder’s Italian Chophouse Rub and Kinder’s Butcher’s All-Purpose seasoning. Cook down vegetables until softened. Add Italian sausage and ground beef to the skillet, stir in vegetables, add the Texas Pete dry dust (if you like), cook until meat is browned. Slice Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, leaving more bread at the bottom so that the bottom doesn’t get soggy after adding the filling. Place bottom of the Hawaiian sweet rolls into a casserole dish. You can layer your ingredients in any order that you like, but the following directions are how I layered my sliders.

Begin layering the filling onto the rolls by first adding the marinara sauce. Next sprinkle cheese on top of the sauce, then add meat, layer mushrooms, then layer Canadian bacon. Add another layer of marinara sauce, then add strips of bacon, sprinkle a layer of cheese, then add pepperoni. Add another layer of cheese, then put the top of the rolls on. Brush on some melted garlic & herb butter and sprinkle on a layer of cheese on top of the rolls. Cover with foil and place in the oven for about 30 minutes.

And that’s it! Plate ‘em up and enjoy!

**Note: You can use more or less seasoning and ingredients to your liking**
